CPkids is for children in Kindergarten-6th grade on Sunday mornings. At CPkids there are leaders from all generations that care about you and your child. We want to invest in you, support you and see your family thrive because we understand that raising a child is no small task.  We want every child to tangibly experience the love of Christ!

From September through May, CPkids K-6th worship with us the 1st Sunday and occasional 5th Sunday of the month during our family service. Through family worship, they witness important sacraments like communion, baptism and profession of faith. June through August, CPkids meets on the 2nd and 4th Sunday. CPkids are in worship with us on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Sundays or anytime; kids are always welcome in worship at CrossPoint!

Here's How It Works

We’ll get your child a name tag and give you a matching ticket to make sure you’re the only one that can pick them up.

1. Check-In

While you’re in service, we’ll lead your child through fun activities and creative Bible lessons to show them who God is.

2. Enjoy the Service

Make sure to bring the ticket you were given that matches your child’s name tag - we won’t give them to anyone without it!

A place for girls to grow in faith and friendship.

GEMS Girls' Club is a place where girls can build meaningful friendships, grow in their understanding of God's Word, and discover what it means to live as a follower of Jesus.

Through Bible study, worship, crafts, activities, and time with caring leaders, girls are encouraged to grow in faith while having fun and building lasting relationships.

Cadets Boys' Club gives boys a place to connect with positive role models, build friendships, and grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Through Bible study, hands-on projects, activities, and practical experiences, boys are encouraged to grow in character, confidence, and faith.

Things You Might Want to Know

  • After coming through the main front doors, you’ll walk down the hallway to your right. You’ll see a large CPkids sign in the hallway outside of our Fellowship Hall, which is where you’ll check in your child.

  • You will pick up your child in their grade-level classroom.

  • As parents, we want to see our children faithfully follow Jesus for their whole life. But often, when our kids grow up and phase out of the programs offered for youth, they feel uncomfortable in the main service and interacting with other age groups so they stop attending church and pursuing their faith. So that’s why we have our children (Kindergarten & up) join us in the main service on the first Sunday of every month - we want every child to understand from an early age what being a part of a church body feels like and how to live in community. Sure, it can be a little crazy - but we believe the long-term investment is completely worth it.

  • Classes are split up by grade level. This allows us to build on our large group Bible lesson in an age and ability-appropriate manner while allowing our kids to foster deeper relationships with their peers and leaders.

  • Keeping your child safe is very important to us. All of our leaders are background-checked and trained before they volunteer. Additionally, each parent is given a “claim ticket” that matches your child’s name tag - you must have this in order to pick up your child.

  • All of our CPkids start with a time of fellowship with one another while they play games, color, or build Legos. We then have an extended large group time with offering, worship, Bible teaching, prayer, and oftentimes a game that ties into our Bible lesson. Kids finish the morning in their grade-specific classrooms where they have reflection questions and an activity page to reinforce the Bible lesson.
