Thank you for your willingness to volunteer for ministry, we can’t do this without you! Simply fill out the form below the current volunteer opportunities and descriptions, and the ministry team leader will be in touch with you. Please note that we ask our volunteers to be an active member or attender of CrossPoint and that they attend worship regularly for at least 6 months before they are eligible to volunteer.
Food For Life distribution
We partner with our local Chino food pantry called Food For Life and we have the opportunity to provide volunteers for food distribution periodically on Saturday mornings. Food For Life’s address is: 4712 Cheyenne Way Chino, CA 91710.

Transportation team
People in our church family sometimes need assistance with rides to church, appointments, or other places. Let us know if you are willing to be on our transportation team!
Welcome teams
Greeter A greeter is the first point of contact at CrossPoint! Greet those coming in with a friendly smile and look for visitors who might need help.
Usher Show people to their seats in the worship center, greet them and help make room for others.
CP Kids
Leader This is the main leader and teacher for each grade level. This person is given the lesson for the week and it is their responsibility to read through it ahead of time and be prepared to lead the group through the Bible story and activities. They are the main point person in each particular grade level.
Helper A Helper is the right-hand helper for the Leader. This person helps with child behavior management and runs to grab extra copies, takes kids to the bathroom, etc., so that the Leader can focus on leading the group and teaching the lesson.
Greeter A greeter serves in the Fellowship Hall prior to and during the worship service by being an extra set of eyes and hands to help Leaders and Staff as needed. They are a welcoming presence to give help to returning members and new visitors signing in at the check in table.
Supervisor This position remains in the fellowship hall for the duration of the church service and is there to “put out fires”. “Fires” include making extra copies where needed, helping with bathroom runs, and just being there to help wherever and whenever needed during the service. Can call or text a staff member when necessary.
CP Littles nursery
1 Year Olds This person cares for children who are active walkers, but not talking yet. They should be prepared to sing songs and read Bible stories to young children. Will also feed snack to children and change diapers when necessary.
2 Year Olds This person cares for toddlers who are beginning talkers. This is a more structured room and this role helps manage the large group of older toddlers so that the teacher can accomplish the Bible story and activities with the kids. This helper also assists with any crafts, coloring, etc. that the teacher has planned to go along with the Bible story. Will also help with snack time and changing diapers or taking to the bathroom when necessary.
3-5 Year Olds This person cares for toddlers who are active speakers and learners. This is a structured room and this role helps manage the large group of older toddlers so that the teacher can accomplish the Bible story and activities with the kids. This helper also assists with any crafts, coloring, etc. that the teacher has planned to go along with the Bible story. Will also help with snack time and changing diapers or taking to the bathroom when necessary.
