Registration Step 2

Fill out the Medical Waiver with insurance information (must be completed by a parent or guardian). Your registration is not complete without this step.

Registration Step 3

MIX total cost is $409. A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to reserve your spot, with the balance due by June 7, 2024.
Space is limited - register early!
Pay for camp in any of these ways:
1. Drop off a check or cash to CrossPoint (give to Adam Verhoeven at Youth Night or Sunday or CrossPoint reception during the week)
2. Pay online via our giving platform (click below)
